Electronic Data Interchange and XML Courses

EDI 101:

This 4 hour class can be attended in person in the classroom with an instructor or you can join via WebEx session. The course introduces the participant to the basics of Electronic Data Interchange.

EDI 201:

This class is designed as part two of EDI 101 - Introduction to Electronic Data Interchange. This class covers how to develop a relational mapping plan (RMP) in which a gap analysis is performed between a source data file and a target date file (typically flat file/EDI). It is not product specific. The focus is on the planning and analysis and not creating the map.

XML 101:

This 3.5 hour class can be attended in person in the classroom with an instuctor or you can join via Webex session. The class focuses on the fundamentals of using XML format for data exchange rather than EDI format. XML 101 provides a good basic understanding of XML format and builds a strong knowldege base for using XML communication and understanding the concepts behind this exciting data format.
